Reach to Recovery
This is the American Cancer Society’s patient-to-patient visitation program for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. The social work department of St. Francis notifies the certified visitor requesting a visit. Visits are made to in-hospital patients, and out-of-hospital patients receive contact via phone or visitation in the patient’s home.
